• Firstly, Chisanga and I read our script out loud and timed it (total of 1:50 without acting or pausing)
• We watched 2 videos of how to speak with a Russian accent and got some tips. We got this idea from the other group in our class, and they got angry at us for "copying"
• We tried to read our script in the Russian accent but failed miserably, more practice is needed
• I've kind of got the Russian accent down, I asked some teachers at lunch and practiced to my fellow classmates
• I went home and tried to learn my lines but I couldn't learn them with the accent at the same time

• We put together our stage with a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and a vase of water on a sheet of paper which we will use to plan our layout
• Chisanga and I looked up stereotypical Russian behavior and they're mannerisms
• We went through the script one time and tested out our Russian accents, but they kept turning in to Scottish accents
• We looked up another video of Russian accents
• We haven't got our lines memorized yet, but we will by our performance time

• Today I came home and tried to learn the lines of my scene without and then with the Russian accent, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do it with the accent. It's hard to learn the lines and put on an accent that isn't your own (and is complicated to learn!)

• I've got most of my lines down but I wish I had more time to learn them, even though they are short, they're not in a way of language that I'm familiar with.

• Today is our final performance! I've got the lines down pretty much, I might have to improvise a little bit but that's not the worst.
• I'm a bit nervous to present, and I didn't bring any props or clothing, but I'll just have to make it seem like a Russian farmhouse!
